​My wellness coaching program is designed for people who are not currently exercising, or who have not been able to reach their health and fitness goals on their own. It is progressive program, designed to build habits gradually over time.

How to Get Started

Step 1 : Apply
​​Enter your information in the form to begin the application.

Step 2 : Schedule a 15 minute Intro Call
​​Once you enter your information, I will contact you as soon as possible. We will discuss what you want, and where you are now. 
If we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule our initial evaluation (via zoom) on this call. 


Step 3 : Initial Evaluation via Zoom session
​​During this initial video session, we will be looking closely at your goals and current nutrition/physical activity. Our goal during this initial assessment is to gather all the information needed to design your program.

There are so many different options to use for strengthening. Your program can include equipment you have access to. You can take your program anywhere with our App, text, or email based delivery systems.

My purpose

I will help you change your mind and body, through physical fitness. I am a strength & conditioning coach, who is dedicated to helping you develop the self-discipline needed to make a permanent change in your life.
