My program design is a safe and effective workout program, that you can use on your own, using the Mai Trainer App. (Text or email plans using pdf is also available.) We can use the equipment you currently have so that you can just get started now!

Each program design includes a 30 minute Zoom session (or phone call).
During this session, I will answer questions and we can make sure the exercises work for well for you.
Your program would include a workout for each day of the week, using the equipment you have available. We will make sure the workouts work for your goals and your schedule.
