An increasing number of you have shared with me recently, that you can't (or won't) go to the gym.
This is no excuse for not strength training...however, I know not everyone has as much fun as I do in a gym full of sweaty strangers. ;)
I want for all of you to participate in strength training at least 2 days a week. Get started with me today, using this Stability Ball Circuit.
In just 3 minutes you can work all your major muscles. For an extra challenge repeat the circuit up to 3 times.
I'm sure all of you have 3 to 9 minutes twice a week to change your life for the better!
