Change your "Have To" into "Want To"

​What kind of language are you using
with yourself, when you think of achieving your health and fitness goals?


Is there anything you feel like you “have to do” to achieve them?
If so, I challenge you to change your “have to” into “want to”.

Why??
We automatically resist when someone tells us we “have to” do something .

You do not “have to” do anything...and your mind knows it.

But when we decide we  “want to”  do or have something, we automatically find solutions to get it (or do it) .

If you decide you “want to,”
your mind sparks the energy needed to go for it.
