All you need are a ball and weights (or waterbottles/cans) and a chair.
Each class includes dynamic warmup, cardio , balance, strength, static stretching cooldown. You can complete each exercises seated or standing.

We can use the equipment you currently have so that you can just get started now!
You will be able to open all workouts on your phone with video using our app, (or text or email if necessary). Each program design includes a 30 minute Zoom call to try out the exercises in your program with me!
