My Purpose 
My goal as a Strength Coach is to help you become the strong individual you are meant to be. 

We will take this journey together.
Our focus will be strengthening both your body and your mind. This will help you become the strongest version of yourself!

​My Background 
I have been a fitness enthusiast for over 17 years. I started with a training partner who showed me the ropes at the age of 23. Although we only trained together for a year, he gave me the foundation to continue my fitness journey on my own. I continued through the years to study resistance training from others in the fitness industry. I was successful in my own programming to build and maintain muscle.

In the fall of 2015, I met Maile , who was already a successful Strength and Conditioning Coach.  She put me through her advanced hybrid muscle and strength building programs for one full year. This opened me up to a whole new method of training. I was blown away with my new results. After this, I started my official education in strength and conditioning and nutrition. 

In 2018 became Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Coach. My bachelors of Business Administration is from Friends University. I currently enjoy using Olympic Weightlifting in my personal fitness plan.  My ideal client is one who is looking to gain strength, and learn how to resistance train for their personal goals.
