WELLNESS COACHING  
6 WEEK COURSE Outline

Each month - Your program will include:
​
  1. One on One Training Sessions ​in Overland Park, KS at Body Solutions.
  2. Check-in Calls (or email if preferred) for any program questions & life-style change strategy.
  3. Personalized Weekday Workouts delivered via the Mai Trainer App (text or email available) for you to complete independently.
  4. Nutrition Analysis with meal pattern examples accessible in the Mai Trainer App.
  5. Weekly Online Questionnaires to assess your readiness for change, social support, kitchen environment, & continued goal achievement.
Each week you will find 3 lessons that focus on:

1. Your mind.
2. Your nutrition.
3. Your exercise program.

Let me explain...

1. Your mind.
Permanent change starts with your mind. Your daily habits are a result of who you believe yourself to be. The state of your body (and your life) is a result of the habits and behaviors carried out each day.  If you can change your mind, you can change yourself. 

​2. Your nutrition.
Food is NOT fuel. The “food as fuel” story reduces food to gasoline, our bodies to machines, and you to a calorie accountant. You are more than that. 
Every food choice is an opportunity to direct, shape, and remake your health. Your body composition. Your performance. Your well-being.

We will focus on one new habit at a time.


3. Your exercise program.
Your body is NOT a machine.  
Under-training or over-training
can trap us into continual cycles of physical and mental fatigue and stress.

A well balanced exercise program will ensure you are functioning at your best not only physically, but mentally.  You can be assured you are participating in a program which addresses strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and prevention of injury or "burnout". 


You will follow a (safe and science-based) exercise program,
including resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.
